It was 60 degrees here in Hockeytown on Thanksgiving.

Unseasonably warm. Truly something to give thanks!

The bottom fell out of the mercury yesterday and the reality that Winter is coming hit hard today. We have a nice dusting of snow and flurries falling. It's really quite pretty.

Bryce came downstairs and hollered, "What happened?"

I thought he was referring to the pile of bins in the kitchen that represents all of our Christmas decor. I told him we were putting up the tree today.

He said, "Not that--the snow!!"

and he ran to the window....and wait for it...

"I didn't even hear it snowing last night!!"
