Games.

We are a gaming family. Probably not the type of "gaming" that people first think of, however. We play board games. Lots and lots of boards games.

We have short games and long games and games we ONLY play when Bryce is asleep and games we play when he's awake. Games for vacation and games for just 2. We keep them in the cedar chest and very large ones in the front closet.

It's not surprising that Bryce is VERY interested in our games, although he's much too young to play. Brendan set up Connect Four for a family tournament which never happened.

Why?

Because Bryce discovered that dropping in those black and red checkers and "counting" them was much too much fun to share. He "played" Connect Four, by himself, for close to 20 minutes. It was so sweet. Our tournament never happened.

He's a gamer in training.
