I think everyone in our house was ready for school to begin this year--really. The kids were up easily on the morning of the first day and came home happy. Even the 2nd day and 3rd day of school they have popped awake and got moving with no urging from us. (by urging, I mean "bugging them to hurry up"). They have had zero complaints and Brett has commented that "school is really fun this year".
