There is a teacher at Brett's school who is pretty tall; he's probably about 6'2" or so. Brett had commented quite a bit last year about how tall Mr. G is.
This conversation happened on the 2nd day of school. Brett does not have Mr. G as his teacher.
Brett: Mr. G. isn't as tall as he was last year.
Me: Really? Do you think he shrunk?
Brett: I'm not sure what happened, but he just seems normal height this year.
Me: Do you think maybe you grew so he doesn't seem as tall?
Brett: (thinking) I suppose anything's possible.
