Lego Baby!

These are the best Legos ever made. The sad thing is that Lego stopped making them. Brendan originally received them as a gift when he was 1 and I've added to our collection over the years, finding them at rummage sales and garage sales. They are called Lego Primo and they are nice and chunky.

Brendan and Brett didn't play with these NEARLY as much as Bryce does. Maybe it's because Bryce has a lot of them. Maybe he just likes the box we keep them in. Who knows why. But he plays with them every day, stacking them up, making tall towers of just the single ones that have a shaker in them.

The other neat thing he does with them (and this is soo Montessori)-he flips them over and stacks them from the "wrong" side. It's very interesting how he does this. The older boys NEVER did this, but Bryce does, all the time. We have one large "plate" of Primos (it's the base of this tower in the photo), it's 4x4 and he flips it over and usually just puts the single Legos on it. Then he carries around to show us. He's a Lego Baby for sure.
