Tonight it's Spinach Meatballs from Five Dollar Dinner Mom's website. The only changes I made was to increase the meat to 1.5lbs so I'd have leftovers. I didn't change anything else in the recipe. Increasing the spinach likely would've made them TOO spinach-y. Bryce's were made with just meat and the spinach and a little grated potato for binder.
Super easy and honestly---you can't taste the spinach in them. Brett even liked them-until we told him there was spinach in them. Little stinker.
